Seussapalooza

Seussapalooza is our biggest and best fundraiser of the year. It is a family-friendly event that includes an auction of unique products and services, a chili feed of dozens of kinds of homemade chili and cornbread, and quirky entertainment that features music, dance, magic and all manner of live performances. We also hold a “dessert dash” fundraiser that specifically raises money for the library’s Gary Parson Book Fund, an endowment fund that purchases books and other materials for the library each year. All of the proceeds from this event benefit the Roslyn Library, and to date, we have raised approximately $57,000 with this event. The library has used this money to buy computers, equipment, hundreds of books and other materials for its collection, and has held a multitude of programs for both kids and adults.

  • Pave the Way

The Friends of the Roslyn Library are selling patio pavers to raise money for the Building Renovation Project. Community supporters may purchase a paver for $100 and have it inscribed with their name or the name of a loved one. The pavers will be used in the new patio area on the side of the building. All donations to the Friends of the Roslyn Library are tax-deductible.
